Shipping and Refund Policy
Shipping
All prints and cards are made to order, so please allow 3 working days for your card/print to be posted.
Turnaround times for bespoke orders, including dispatch dates, may differ and will be discussed and confirmed upon request.
All prints and bespoke orders will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st class (signature required) delivery.
Original paintings and illustrsations are packaged in a protective cellophane sleeve, wrapped with tissue paper, and sent in a hard-backed cardboard envelope.
Cards and prints are packaged in a hard-backed envelope.
Refund Policy
If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase from Hayley Dorian Illustration, please reach out to us at hayleydorian@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please be advised that all bespoke orders cannot be returned due to the customised nature and the time involved in creating each piece.
For non-bespoke items, such as Art Prints, refunds can be requested within 14 days. To discuss this further, please contact us at hayleydorian@gmail.com
Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. A return address will be provided once the refund has been discussed and agreed upon.
Please note, we cannot refund the initial postage cost for returned items, and the return shipping will need to be covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
Proof of postage will be required for returned items, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
Exchanges
The quickest way to secure the desired item is to return the one you currently possess. Once the return is processed, you can then proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please check your order when it arrives and reach out to us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns on customised orders, digital purchases discounted items or gift cards.
