Restoring Truth and Rejecting Pagan Corruption
Over the centuries, the true Names of our Creator and other important Scriptural names were replaced or hidden. Titles such as “God,” “Lord,” “Jesus,” “Christ,” and “Jehovah” come from pagan sources that do not reflect the original Hebrew meanings.
The Original Hebrew Names
Yahuah (Ya-hoo-ah) A transliteration of the Tetragrammaton (יהוה), the personal Name of the Father, revealed to Mosheh (Moses) in Shemoth (Exodus) 3:14–15.
Yahusha (Ya-hoo-sha) From Hebrew roots meaning “Yahuah is salvation.” This is the Messiah’s true Name before it was altered.
Yahusha (The Messiah) Himself said:
“I have come in My Father’s Name, and you do not receive Me. If another comes in his own name, him you will receive.”
(Yohanan/John 5:43)
This verse is one of the clearest proofs that the Son bears the same qodesh (holy) Name as the Father.
When Yahusha said, “I come in My Father’s Name,” He was declaring that:
His Name contains Yahuah’s Name
His mission was to reveal Yahuah to the world
Any other name would lack the Father’s authority and purpose
Yahuah (Father) → Yahusha (Messiah)
“Yahuah saves.”
Names That Replaced the Originals
Aluahym was replaced with God (false mighty one of fortune and luck)
Yahuah was replaced with Lord (false mighty one of fertility/storms)
Yahusha was replaced with Jesus (Esus, the demon of Gaul)
Messiah was replaced with Christ (Christos - a title for pagan deities such as Serapis and Osiris)
Exodus (Shemoth) 23:13:
“And in all things that I have said unto you be circumspect: and make no mention of other mighty ones’ names, neither let it be heard out of your mouth.”
This verse directly commands not to speak or invoke other mighty ones, reinforcing the importance of keeping Yahuah’s Name exclusive and qodesh.
What Does “I Come in My Father’s Name” Mean?
1. Literal Sharing of the Father’s Name
In Paleo-Hebrew, each letter was originally drawn as a pictograph with meaning:

𐤉 (Yod) – Hand, work
𐤄 (Hey) – Behold, reveal
𐤅 (Waw) – Nail, secure
𐤄 (Hey) – Behold, reveal
Meaning: “The Self-Existent One / Behold the Hand, Behold the Nail.”
𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 Yahusha
𐤉 (Yod) – Hand, work
𐤄 (Hey) – Behold, reveal
𐤅 (Waw) – Nail, secure
𐤔 (Shin) – Consume, destroy
𐤏 (Ayin) – Eye, see, experience
Meaning: “Yahuah saves - Behold the Hand, Behold the Nail, Destroyer of the Eye (enemy).”
Thus, the Father’s Name is literally present in the Messiah’s Name.
2. Bearing the Father’s Character and Mission
In Hebrew thought, a shem (name) isn’t just letters; it carries:

Authority
Reputation
Mission
Yahusha’s life fully revealed Yahuah’s will, Torah, compassion, righteousness, and qodesh nature.
3. Warning Against Another Name
Yahusha also warned: “If another comes in his own name, him you will receive.”
This foretold that a false name would come later, such as Jesus, disconnected from the Father’s Name. And indeed, many have received that name.
Some argue, “But I prayed in the name of Jesus and was answered.” Yet deception can look like truth. HaSatan works to keep people deceived, offering partial results or counterfeit signs (just as witchcraft or occult rituals can appear to “work” but come from dark sources).
Prayers outside of Yahuah’s Name are vulnerable to deception, while calling on Yahuah and Yahusha connects us to the true Source of life, authority, and power.
“Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”
(Yeshayahu/Isaiah 5:20)
Compare the Names
Yahusha - “Yahuah delivers” → Contains the Father’s Name
Jesus - No meaning in Hebrew → Does not contain the Father’s Name
Names Carry Authority and Identity
The Names of Yahuah and Yahusha are qodesh (set-apart or ‘holy’).
Using them connects us directly to the promises and nature of the Father and Son.
Why Were These Names Replaced?
1. Language and Translation
Hebrew יהוה (Yahuah) was replaced with Greek Kyrios (Lord) and Latin Dominus.
Later traditions used substitutes like Adonai or HaShem.
2. Pagan Influence
As Rome absorbed Christianity, pagan names and practices were introduced.
“Jesus” comes from Greek Iesous, which lost the original Hebrew sound and meaning.
3. Loss of Hebrew Roots
Generations of believers forgot the original Names, relying instead on titles and translations.
What Believers Should Use Today
Yahuah (יהוה) for the Father
Yahusha (יהושע) for the Son
This honours the 3rd Commandment:
“You shall not bring the Name of Yahuah your Aluahym to nothing (vain, empty, worthless), for Yahuah will not hold him guiltless who brings His Name to nothing.” (Exodus 20:7)
This means:
Don’t replace His Name with titles like “Lord” or “God.”
Don’t misuse His Name by claiming to follow Him while living lawlessly.
Don’t hide or forget His Name from others.
“Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore will I deliver him:
I will set him on high, because he has known My Name.
He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him:
I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.”
Tehillim (Psalm) 91:14–15
Scriptural Occurrences of Yah in translations such as NKJV
Tehillim (Psalm) 68:4 – “Sing to God, sing praises to His name; extol Him who rides upon the clouds by His name YAH; rejoice before Him!”
This is one of the clearest uses of “Yah” presented outright in English translations.Isaiah 12:2 - "Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; For YAH, the LORD, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation."
Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 26:4 - "Trust in YAH forever, For in YAH, the LORD, is everlasting strength."
Hallelu-Yah - The word Hallelujah literally means “Praise Yah,” where Yah is embedded in praise expressions throughout the Psalms (Remember, the letter J did not exist until about 500 years ago, so the original Name does not contain it!)
Kum By YAH - Meaning: “Arise by Yah” or “Rise up with Yah.”
